Service Description

Experience the healing power of sound at your own private sound bath in our garden studio in Stoke Newington. This 60 minute session will begin with a guided meditation before moving on to the soothing vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls. As these vibrations wash over you, feel the benefits of reaching altered states of consciousness, improved sleep, deep relaxation and reduced stress levels. The session will finish with grounding and oracle cards. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session so you can get comfortable and we can review your intake form and any questions you may have before we begin. Wear comfortable clothing - you may get hot or cold during a session so wearing layers that you can take off is advised. Blankets and an eye mask will be provided. If possible, try to have a relaxing day and avoid excess caffeine before the session as it may help you have a more restful session and help your thoughts to drift away during the session. After the session it is recommended that you drink lots of water and to relax to give your body the support it needs while healing and integrating the session. We are able to accommodate some out of hours sessions, please get in touch with your desired session time. Please do not book this session if you are under 18 years old. Sound healing is considered safe for most people. However, sound healing may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions and they may need to obtain permission from their healthcare professional before they can attend a session. Please get in touch if you have any questions and ensure to let your practitioner know about any conditions before attending a session. Conditions: Epilepsy, history of seizures or any condition that could be triggered by sound, a pacemaker, first and third trimester of pregnancy. As with any new therapy, it is recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before trying sound healing if you have any medical conditions or concerns. Sound healing should not be used as a replacement for traditional medical treatments. It can be used as a complementary therapy to support overall health and well-being, but it is not a substitute for medical care.
